Our Story
As a mother of a 33-year-old daughter with Down Syndrome, I know the joys and challenges of being a family caregiver. That’s why in 2016, I created my own agency after feeling like other major companies in Colorado were under paying and under supporting family caregivers.
I wanted to create an agency that prioritizes families by giving as much money to the families as possible and providing the support/education they need to succeed. Today, we are recognized as a top parent-selected agency as we pay the highest rates in Colorado and provide exceptional support!
Programs We Support
Children's Extensive Support Waiver
Ages 0-17 (CES Waiver)
The Children’s Extensive Support Waiver helps children and families by providing services and supports that will help children establish a long-term foundation for community inclusion as they grow into adulthood.
Children under the age of 18 that are determined to have a developmental disability with a medical or behavioral condition are eligible for this waiver!
This waiver provides ~$54,600 of funding that the family can allocate to pay for services to benefit and enhance their child’s life.
Families are eligible to select family members, friends, teachers, or any other trusted adult to provide services and be paid for doing them!
Supported Living Services Waiver
Ages 18+ (SLS Waiver)
The Supported Living Services Waiver provides necessary services and supports for adult individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities so they can remain in their homes and communities.
Adults 18+, along with the support system, are able to select specifics services tailored to the adult’s needs in order to support them in their daily and community life.
Parents, siblings, extended family, friends, or other individuals the adult selects, are able to become paid caregivers to provide the services selected by the adult!
Home Health Program
The Home Health Program providers services to members who require ongoing health services in their home; such as Nursing services (RN), Certified Nursing Assistant services (CNA), Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), or Speech / Language services (SLP).
We hire Parent CNAs / RNs to care for their family members in the comfort of their own home!

3 Steps to Onboarding
We know, as caregivers ourselves, that we are limited on free time! We have removed the red tape and made becoming a paid caregiver easy and simple.
In most cases, within 1 week you or our caregiver can be onboarded and getting paid to provide your loved one services! After you have selected your caregiver, call, email, or fill out the ‘Contact Us’ section and we will start the process!
